An extremely supportive company culture, filled with great people who truly care about our company mission, our candidates/partners, and each other. Flexible work environment. Executives lead by example and encourage the entire team to prioritize work/life balance. Tons of teamwork and every win is celebrated. I really enjoy coming into work every day!
Cons
None that I have identified so far!

I love working here! What more is there to say?
Aug 3, 2021 - Full Stack Software EngineerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The thing that stands out to me the most is the team. Everyone cares about the mission, strives to do their best work, and is eager to lend a hand when help is needed. You see purple (company color ) everywhere. We're never short on trust and support. Lots and lots of love. I always feel like we're in the trenches together, arm in arm, fighting the good fight!
Cons
We’re still a small startup where thing are always changing and evolving: A lot of thinking on feet and figuring things out on the fly. While exciting, this may not be the right environment for everybody.

All around great company to work for
May 27, 2021 - Candidate Experience Specialist in Scottsdale, AZRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
This is the first company I've worked for where everyone genuinely believes in and lives out the core values. The people and culture here are truly unmatched - everyone brings ideas and perspectives to the table and we all come together to tackle some of the biggest challenges growing companies face. The teamwork and collaboration is something I value so much and I am constantly being challenged to step out of my comfort zone to grow and develop myself both professionally and personally.
Cons
None. Of course there are pros and cons of joining an early-stage startup - it's not for everyone so if you're not up for being challenged every single day, aren't good with adapting to change, failing and trying new things...then this company probably isn't for you.

Proud to be part of Aspireship!
Jun 23, 2021 - Candidate Experience Specialist in Phoenix, AZRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Aspireship exhibits an extremely positive and supportive team atmosphere. No task is too small, and everyone has a voice at the table. It's extremely rewarding to be part of a company whose mission is to help others be successful and to be a resource for people who are making life-changing career transitions.
Cons
No cons per se, but there are challenges that come with working for a small, early stage start-up. It's very fast-paced and requires a great deal of perseverance and adaptability as processes are constantly changing to optimize success for our company, our candidates, and our partners.

Love the mission love the team
Jan 25, 2021 - Anonymous Employee in Scottsdale, AZRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Aspireship is a company that walks the talk. They offer the best health benefits I have ever had - even for dependents. Pay is strong. But most importantly - this team is inspiring and dedicated to doing good - for both students and employers that hire their graduates. Work is autonomous yet we are all incredibly connected - and the start-up idea sharing is constant. The company is growing at a tremendous pace and the founders are very strategic in ensuring that the growth includes processes and safeguards so that as the company scales, it does so successfully.
Cons
none - this is truly the best job I have ever had.

Love what you do and never work a day in your life
Jan 14, 2021 - Anonymous Employee in Scottsdale, AZRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Aspireship is the most positive work culture I’ve ever been a part of. We operate as if we were family. We respect home life and balance while still bringing our A game every day. The level of respect and camaraderie is off the charts amongst our small and mighty team, which makes getting our best work done together very easy. Our mission ultimately is to help others and I love that we get to do that meaningful work together each day.
Cons
The only downside is that we’re a small startup, we move fast, we tackle big problems, and we never say that’s not my job, we do what we can whenever we can. There’s a risk to joining any startup so you have to be ready for anything and able to adapt.
