I worked at Asset Acceptance Capital full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Decent health plan (not high-deductible), at least until they were bought. Some nice people worked there who had been there a long time. Moved to nicer new offices in 2016.

    Cons

Silo'd environment; stopped buying debt after purchase. Management had a lot of entrenched people not open to new ways to do things.

    Advice to Management

None, really. Management is clear that Asset has a limited lifespan and eventually no one will be dedicated to working there.

I worked at Asset Acceptance Capital full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Pay was great, award recognition was even nicer, plus having schedule one perk for top producers also gave incentive to work harder

    Cons

Closing down Tampa office. They moved campaigns around unfairly which led to an egregious misappropriation of workers and how much work they did and didn't do.

    Pros

Great bonuses and benefits, open door policy, management approachable, flexible scheduling, lots of paid time off, overall not a bad place to work

    Advice to Management

Stop using the word transparent! You guys aren't. Stop changing polices at the drop of a dime. Get management on the same page.
