I worked at Asset Campus Housing full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

ACH believes in investing in their people and providing opportunity for fast growth. They will take a chance on people just starting their career and put them in positions that help with a healthy career path within the industry. There are also amazing opportunities all over the country. As they continue to grow, there's always an encouraging manager identifying talent in their region and helping to train and move lower level employees into supervisory roles. If you have passion and a hard work ethic, and want to move up within a couple years, ACH will help you with that.

They also are very understanding and supportive of personal/home life events that are unexpected. If an employee ever needs extra support, time off, etc because of a medical or family emergency, this company puts that first.

    Cons

Women are passed over and underpaid compared to the men in the same positions. Also, the benefits can be very expensive for a couple or family.

    Advice to Management

Invest more in training and development on a consistent level across all properties. Establish consistent compensation for all positions no matter age or gender.

    Pros

It's a good part time job for a student and it teaches you customer service and sales. Plus you get commission on top of the hourly pay which is nice.

    Cons

Can't really think of any on a more corporate level.

  10. "Great part-time college job"

I worked at Asset Campus Housing part-time

    Pros

Great job if you're a college student and can find a way to make your hours work while being in classes. Not sure how much I would like it if I was a recent graduate.

    Cons

Mandatory training programs were redundant and a waste of time.
