I worked at Asset Campus Housing full-time

    Pros

My local supervising manager was amazing and made sure you had anything you needed to succeed.

    Cons

My supervising manager left and the replacement was very out of touch trying to climb the corporate ladder. Nothing was important when the new manager came in. Instantly telling people to their faces they did not want to work with any of us and was going to fire people once turn was over.

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring pretty females who are not qualified for the position. Make sure your talent is up to the challenge and stop ignoring markets they are the reason you have a position.
