High turnover rate. Low moral in the office. Underpaid, considering we work on behalf of the major Canadian banks. Repetitive work. No room to grow unless you're friends with someone in management. Socializing is heavily discourage. Many people keep looking for work after being employed by them for about a year. Rules do not seem to apply to those who have personal ties with anyone in management.
