Pros
Ethical sales with lots of compliancy to be adhered to. Company has integrity. Product genuinely transforms people’s lives. Excellent support from management, very good induction and ongoing training. Paid weekly. Earnings can be high. Commission only. No cold calling.
Cons
So much driving - can sometimes be two hours to an appointment. No team culture. Relationship is only between individual and management. Pressure to work Saturdays which wasn’t made clear in the interview process. No sales, no money.
