    Pros

Friendly, relaxed work environment. Opportunities to progress and move around for those that express the desire to. Varied workload. Flat company structure ensures management are easily accessible. Young people given a lot of responsibility.

    Cons

Talent management and personal development could be better. Roles and responsibilities could be defined better. Office politics can be quite intense. Sometimes younger employees are given tasks that they don't have the skills/experience to complete successfully.

    Advice to Management

Make expectations clear. Understand different team member's personal style and adapt their communication to suit. Set clear strategic vision and ensure all members of team clearly understand their very important role in helping to achieve it.

    Pros

Strong values about being good to the environment and the community
Great opportunities to move around the company - if you can get yourself known
    Flexible and autonomous culture

Teams work in silos and there is a clear hierarchy in place that causes division between the 'haves' and 'have nots'
Very few policies and practices are written down, so you need to be good with ambiguity
