Consistent Work
Jan 29, 2023 - Medical Courier--Independent ContractorRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The Nashville office has great management
Cons
You put many miles on your vehicle
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
The pay is OK if you want to be monitored and harassed all day. Called at your home late at night and lied to about your route.
Cons
This is a company full of racists and liars who will say they're giving you a specific route and then change it on you----- make it longer with no pay increases. They assign you new medical stops and don't even tell the drivers the codes for the lock box then blame it on the driver when the pick up can't be made. The supervisors hide and won't communicate. It is a horrible company with racist management.

Aug 5, 2022 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great teamwork and people to work with Great opportunity for professional growth and upward mobility Consistently trying to improve operations and employee benefits Feels like a family very positive culture
Cons
Work / life balance for leadership
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
You have some sense of freedom. Getting assistance isn't hard when you need it.
Cons
Communication from supervisors is lacking. They will drop new accounts that they have known about for months on you last min without any heads up. They also changed our software and basically left it to us to learn it on our own. You're payed well below industry standard. Health benefits are horrible.

They claim to care
Dec 27, 2021 - Logistics Cordinatior in Jacksonville, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Claims they care about employee happiness even goes as far as devoting a 3hr nation wife company zoom meeting to talk about it
Cons
Doesn't care about the employees health. Expects you to work and not be late not matter what including when you're suffering from both kidney stones and a staff infection. Everytime you use the rest room and quietly cry to yourself because of the pain you're yelled at for taking to long and the health insurance they provide you comes with a 3k deductible you MUST pay upfront because they will cover anything including medication you need to take to live. And don't bother bringing any of this to their attention because they'll just fire you for having an auto immune disorder even though you were only late twice both times do the previously mentioned kidney stones and staff infection in your face. Not that you ever even missed a full day or anything.

Pros
Good people and a good environment
Cons
The salary could have been better
- Former Contractor, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Minimal supervision- good for people who enjoy being on the road
Cons
Sure, the daily flat fee is decent. But when you add in gas, and wear & tear on your vehicle, you’re basically making Pennie’s. Days I would have off, I’d be saving money.
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
On your own time, nobody bossing you around.
Cons
Can work 10+ Hour days, sometimes don’t have a route for you.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Great for those who want to work slow and get paid for hours not amount of work.
Jan 14, 2021 - Delivery DriverRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Paid weekly, benefits and only work 4 days a week.
Cons
if you work faster/more efficient you get will get paid less bc it's hourly.
