I worked at Associated Global Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    None.

A very low paying job in a dirty basement office.

Shady management, high turnover, lousy health insurance, and absolutely no room for advancement.

I suppose if you are desperate for a job, take it. That was my situation.

But keep looking for other work to be out of Associated Global Systems ASAP.

    Cons

    Where to begin.

Low pay, I mean real low. Started at a whopping $11 an hour to work like an animal.

    Shady overly critical management.

If you do a good job day in day out you won't hear anything about it. If you make the slightest mistake you will be reprimanded in the most unprofessional manner.

Some real creeps working at this company.

    Advice to Management

Nippon (AGS's parent company) should fire all senior management at AGS.

Maybe then they could hire some decent human beings to run the office and spend more than the bare minimum on their staff. You will be given absolutely nothing from this company and they will expect the world from you.

Being totally honest, stay far away from this place.

I worked at Associated Global Systems full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A few coworkers were very nice. Nothing else...

    Cons

A lot of swearing and screaming in a small environment. A few people have worked there a very long time, and are not open to change or any sort of technological advances. A lot of deceit and talking badly about coworkers. Negative morale, unacceptable working environment.

    Advice to Management

Cut off the cancer, move forward. Show more employee appreciation and provide raises to all. Think about a formal training process, not just throwing someone to the wolves.

I have been working at Associated Global Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Small work environment, friendly co-workers.

    Cons

Upper management team shows low appreciation for employees. Poor benefits, like health insurance and 401k plan. Do not have annual pay raises, and reviews.

    Advice to Management

Show more care for your employers. As far as employment benefits and personal life/work balance. There is no reason to fins every way to penny pinch when it comes to treating employees right, and showing appreciation for all the hard work and long hours put in. Upper management (Corporate) should play a larger role in coordinating pay raises, hours worked, and reviews. Not to mention on the benefit side. A VERY poor insurance plan, although the company is increasing revenue it seems showing a little appreciation towards the employers who got the company there does not happen at all.

the company was dedicated to the customers, company was on an upward trend. they were efficient in getting the job done and helping with employee questions

    Cons

lack of knowledgeable management, they had a very high turn over rate, also poor vacation and sick time

    Advice to Management

I would have listened to the complaints of the employees more. Also, added in some extra benefits/team building strategies.
