    - Friendly people
    - Great place to learn Insurance

    Cons

    - Highly underpaid for industry standard
    - Workload to compensation is very uneven
-Sells the "entire package" to pay less but thats even slowly being stripped away

Pay your employees more. Stop forcing surveys to make it seem like you are amazing. A lot of people are leaving for better pay and less stress.

I have been working at Assurance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Work Life Balance, Benefits and Perks, Performance Management and Reviews, Awesome Culture and Fantastic Executive Team!

I have worked here for about a year and a half and could not be happier. A lot of these reviews are false, Assurance is by far the best place I have ever worked. I plan to stay here for many years to come. There is no culture better than the one at Assurance

    Cons

High turnover in entry level service roles can disrupt team dynamics

    Advice to Management

Promote employees who are high performers vs employees with a longer tenure in the business

Don’t lose sight of what made this company what it is.

I have been working at Assurance part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

you can work from home. thats it

    Cons

There comp plan is beyond ridiculous. There leads suck. when you get someone who wants to buy a policy they will disconnect you and give that lead to a seasoned agent. The chargebacks are beyond any other company ive worked for because they tell you to tell the client they get 30 days to look the policy over and can cancel without reason. If you see a 5 star review it is not real

    Advice to Management

    you all suck

    I worked at Assurance full-time

    Pros

The people on my team - AMAZING
    Benefits are pretty good

    Cons

HR and upper management need to mircomanage less and let your people do what they do best

    Advice to Management

If you want people to be friendly, feel comfortable here, and if you want to reduce the large turnover, structure should change

I worked at Assurance full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Office located in nice building and area

    Cons

Company only takes care of its Producers and Account Executives, anything below that and you are just considered scum. They drastically underpay every one of their employees. They do not promote from within. There is a significant lack of motivation to do anything in a timely manner. Tough place to work if you have drive. Very concerned with their "Best Place to Work" title and not the actual employees. HR given far too much power in all respects. Companies run on production, not on smiles, there is disconnect here between productivity and friendliness.

I have been working at Assurance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Wellness Culture, Substantial PTO, Paid Industry Training, Strong Relationships

    Cons

Very low pay, become stagnant in the position you're in, workload extremely varies from team to team

    Advice to Management

If you see a high performer, give them chances to move up or lose them.
