    Pros

Sadly, Assured had to close the doors of it's corporate HQ in Sept 09. So there aren't any 'best reason to work' in the current tense. Past tense, it was a privately held company operated by owners who were deeply family and employee oriented and always took time to express how much they valued their employees.

It was sad to see this small local temporary staffing agency fall victim loss of jobs in the area, forcing it's closing. However, it was an excellent place for learning how to value employees as well as how to accept being valued.

    Cons

    Well - it closed - that's a big con.
Local staffing firm with too small of a niche in a market that was commodity driven on price point for staffing.

    Advice to Management

Don't give up. One day, no matter what you decide to do, when you start a new business, you'll do well as long as you continue to express the value you place in your employees. After 40 years in business, your swan song was sang with dignity. Well done.
