    Pros

People are friendly and it feels like a family. Dogs were allowed on Fridays (and they were pretty lenient about the other days as well).

    Cons

Extremely disorganized, almost never saw the CEO which wasn't good for morale. Wasn't sure what direction the company was supposed to go. Heard some rumors about unfair compensation. People didn't seem to really be working hard, just seemed to be doing the bare minimum to get by. No one really seemed to care about the company or its future, and people never really had a good idea what was going on.

    Advice to Management

Be present. Get organized. Be transparent. Maybe implement regular town hall meetings where you explain the high level things that are going on with the company.
