      Good team environment, good pay, time off

      Cons

      Management is constantly being pressed to get great numbers, which makes them press staff to push products and services customers don't want. Too much emphasis on selling insurance for home products to customers that can barely pay cellphone insurance.

      Pros

      The job is overall pretty good. Pay is great, if your lucky you can move up in the company fairly fast.

      Cons

      Management is horrible and honestly its just the Nashville location. One minute your in and the next your out so if you are looking for job security DO NOT APPLY!! Very High turn-over rate. Alot of Work place bullying especially when you don't meet metrics. They are changing every other day and working from home is nightmare because of technical issues. PTO is not optional they take it when your sick leave early or come late. Training is obsolete so be prepared to teach yourself.

      Pros

      Good pay but not worth the horrible customers you get on the daily and the operations managers suck at their job. Also a bunch of creeps work there and it’s mostly management 🤢 Everyone is always high and it’s obvious because the halls always smelled like weed. You get no support on the back end when needed. This job literally gave me anxiety and stress the two years I was there. Complete garbage.

      Good pay able to move around

      Cons

      no room for advancement when working from home. Answers to questions are not answered until change actually happens. Not enough PTO is given. Cant use PTO when needed
