    Micromanaging Very difficult and strict attendance policy Burn Out happens with many people who have been with company long Rare to have advancement opportunities

    Change attendance policy and stop making service advisors feel like criminals for having small life emergencies.

    Pros

    Good pay, and thats just about it

    Cons

    They will drop you at a blink of the eyes, if you have human problems they dont care and expect you to come to work of not you are fired. The turn over of people is so bad that there are hundreds of desks empty and with a lot of over time because of their policy. If u want to make a quick buck this is the place to be. Just dont stay too long

    Listen to peoples problems and actually understand whats going on, the people making the decisions to let people go are horrible
