    Pros

    Plenty of parking for new hires at the call centers.

    Cons

    Sales environment is eroding the hard won culture and is destroying morale. The level of everyday stress is incredible and only made worse by micro managing senior leadership.

    Pros

    Growth from within, can’t think of anything else

    Cons

    Leadership is always overlooked they do a bunch of stuff for frontline Techs and Om’s but always seem to forget the Supervisors/ Coaches
