A place where the CEO comes to visit you every year, and meets each member of the Company, something that you do not find easily elsewhere.

I worked at Ataway full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nothing good to say. Nothing. Not even the coffee.

    Cons

After one month in the job they start to have difficulties to pay my salary. After i complainted to my boss he says it was company policy to pay the first salary during the second month (unbeliavable!). After they paid me they make my life miserable with secretarial and admin tasks. Finally i was sent to a project in USA and they did not get me a proper work visa. i had to travel with my regular visa and ran the risk of getting kicked out of the country,

    Advice to Management

My advice is, in order to be in business you must know the law and legal requirments and also learn how to manage your business, specially your finances. Do not overpromise to attract people. Tell them the truth: you are a small company and need help and funding.

I worked at Ataway full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Entrepreneurial environment, global, locations and thats it

    Cons

    Poor leadership from CEO.
    Financial difficulties
    Company values are dodgy
They do not meet their promises (bonuses, salary reviews, etc)
    High employee turnover
    High client turnover
    Lack of sales expertise
They lie about the size of the company to secure business (they are not more than 140 employees and out of locations only 5 are of decent size (ie more than 5 employees) and the rest are only for marketing purposes

I have been working at Ataway full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Ataway's environment is very international. Many opportunities to interact with clients / colleagues from other offices.

As the organization is still under development, there are nice career opportunities and many things to be done. One's impact on the organization is much more important than in big companies.

A nice atmosphere in the work place.

    Cons

When we just join, we would need to be a little more taken care of.
