- low pay - the lowest in the industry. It’s twice less of what you see on Glassdoor - micromanagement is unbelievable - expect to explain yourself a lot - favoritism - they promote same group of people while others are just demand fillers - management unable to provide consistent and realistic guidance, often times just blatantly lies in your face - bonus set unrealistically so the chance you will ever get it is close to zero. Good projects are kept by TLs or allocated among “favorites” - no career growth - majority of associates are treated as disposables excluded from growth and other opportunities they talk during the interview - spontaneous layoffs - management solves any business problem by laying off employees - HRs are there ONLY to cover up exploitative practices - do not even bother to express your frustrations to them.
