    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Athens Technical College full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great Benefits and okay compensation. Great time-off policy for full-time staff and faculty. Great environment to work in for the most part. Main campus is located in a great town with easy commute to work even during rush hour.

    Cons

Minimize the political game in the office environment. Allow more opportunity for increase in compensation. Some departments lack communication within them. It can be difficulty at times to determine if you are operating within your job description or over stepping into something you should not be doing.
