    I like due to my employers who worked under me worked as a team and everyone got along

    I really didn't have no down side when I was working for the company

    The upper manager train me to be success in my own store so I can make my goals

    Great group of tight-knit people, excellent training in customer service and allowed me to gain confidence in effectively dealing with different types of people

    Cons

    Customers can be difficult, but this still helps to develop communication skills

    the pay is great. the job is very easy. the schedule is flexible.

    Cons

    -owners are a pain.
    -on your feet most of the time.
    - cant take a full break if its busy.
