    I have been working at Atlanta Medical Center part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Being an administrative assistant gives me the opportunity to work first hand with the managers and to show my skills. I'm responsible for daily accounts, scheduling, in house paper work, to make sure everything is running smoothly.

    Cons

    I have no complaints about my job.

    I worked at Atlanta Medical Center full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Wellstar tries to do right by you as far as I can tell. Especially when it comes to family time and education.

    Cons

    The most common complaint of employees at Atlanta Medical Center is that the pay sucks. This is supposedly getting better with Wellstar, but it's been terrible for a long time now.

    Advice to Management

    Take better care of the people who work for you. If the people taking care of the patients are happier, the people who are being taken care of will be happier.

    The people I work with are great. My commute is ok.

    Benefits and Parking could be better. The parking structure is very old and not well lit.

    Treat others with same respect you would want them to treat you.

    Great learning experience and love helping others. Very compassionate about patients keeping their dignity at their bad times! Team player.

    When it's nothing I can do to help patients feel better! Not knowing information when others need it at that time!
