Unorganized, Unskilled, Lack of Leadership, Lack of Integrity

      Pros

Easy work, and if you just want to sit at your desk and half-ass do your job while collecting a paycheck, this place is for you.

      Cons

Lack of accountability from leadership. The students are held to a higher standard than the people "working" in the central office. Leaders vape weed pens during the day. They stay in their offices instead of solving problems and taking accountability for their teams non-performance. Projects are run poorly, often behind schedule and left incompleted. People are reported to HR for silly infractions. The IT department is a complete and total joke. I've never worked with a bigger group of incompetent, unmotivated, non-curious, unimaginitive people in my entire career.
