    Pros

Flexible is the only great thing here.

    Cons

No loyalty to their employees, turn over is insane, questionable decisions around ethics on some things I’ve seen upper management do.

    Advice to Management

    Quit.

I worked at Atlas Advertising full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They were flexible about work from home when needed.

    Cons

No employee loyalty. Was asked to increase my workload to help make ends meet, and then suddenly there's no more work in the "pipeline" and was immediately let go, without notice. Don't trust leadership. The CEO is a salesman, who, ironically, lead the sales team to a failure point requiring layoffs... but he's the Founder's friend, so he gets a pass. Hard work=layoff... failure=promotion. Once their legacy... contracts expire, Atlas will not be around long.

I worked at Atlas Advertising full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Most of my coworkers in non managerial roles were really good people.

    Cons

Bad pay, worse benefits, and extremely poor leadership. The new CEO is in way over his head and employee turnover is worse than a McDonald's franchise. Leadership plays favorites like you wouldn't believe which built the fake, rotten culture.

    Advice to Management

Whew. Really try to build trust with your employees because while I was there it didn't exist.

I have been working at Atlas Advertising full-time

    Pros

Atlas is on the up-and-up. Current staff is smart, technical, organized, and ambitious. Current management (VP & CEO) are very well aligned and have established goals for the short and long term. The company is growing and functioning seamlessly as a strong, close-knit team.

    Cons

Atlas continues to work on separating itself from software partner Community Systems so that both companies function at their best.

I worked at Atlas Advertising full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Cool office vibe. Beer keg. Ping pong. Good people, generally.

    Cons

CEO is limited in his views. His way is the best. He will either shoot down others ideas, or take them and present them as his own few months after they were first offered by another employee. 'cool kids club" If you're not in it, you don't mean squat. Bad pay, bad culture overall, churn and burn employees after they have milked the usefulness out of them.

    Advice to Management

Try to keep good people for the long term. Reward and recognize those who actually did the work.

    Pros

Not really sure... This was a terrible experience. Maybe the only "Pro" would be that you realize that the grass is definitely greener on the other side.

    Cons

    - They claim to be very strong about their company values. However there's no reason to tout this if senior management chooses when it's convenient to abide by them. The environment becomes fake and toxic as a result. - Extremely inflexible internal workflow methods. - Nonsense meetings happen all the time. Too much time is wasted on meetings that people are often ill-prepared for. - Leadership is intolerant to... new and progressive ideas. - Roles and responsibilities change all the time to the point where no one knows what's going on.

    Advice to Management

Leadership must change their attitude if this company's existence is to make any sense. In other words, please get a grip on reality.

    I worked at Atlas Advertising

    Pros

The people are great. You'l work with some fantastic people here.

    Cons

Everything else. This company is an absolute disaster. The turnover rate is abysmal - almost the entire staff has cycled through in about a year. The benefits are terrible, there are no office amenities, and transportation is on your own. The office is in the heart of downtown, but they refuse to help pay for any transportation or parking, so you have to pay to get to your job. There is no confidentiality. This is... an open office environment, and you will hear HR/Finance talk about confidential information out in the open. The new CEO is in over his head and has zero clue on how to run a company, and the company’s finances are in shambles. They openly talk about how the company is broke, and there have been rumors that they borrow funds from other sources (sister company, media vendor accounts) to help pay the bills. I have never seen a company so poorly run and mismanaged.

I worked at Atlas Advertising full-time

    Pros

A great office location, heart of downtown by coors field (but this changes every year, so don't get really comfy)

    Cons

The whole company is in chaos and they have turned over their entire staff in less than a year. There is a new CEO who has no idea how to run a company. They talk a lot about values but don't follow them. Trust me, just skip this one.

I worked at Atlas Advertising full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You have a chance to help communities and make a positive difference.

    Cons

In my year and a half, I had 6 different bosses. And with each one, it was like starting from square one. They change direction of the company like most people change their clothes. And the worst part is, they don't consider the impact on the employees or their clients. And even when you earn a bonus (which they make it next to impossible to achieve), you have to fight them to get it paid out.

    Advice to Management

Get a clue. You are making things up as you go along and are INCREDIBLY reactionary. And be honest with your clients, keep them informed about your massive staffing challenges and failing business.
