I have been working at Atlas Copco full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Pro's depend on the division/organization you work for. There are none to highlight for my area.

    Cons

Lack of communication, lack of transparency, lack of support, very little training offered, will fire employees to appease mgmt, quick turnover

    Advice to Management

Not all who manage, can lead well. Provide training and assistance to employees instead of being so quick to fire. Be more transparent and conscious of value added communication that is lacking.
