Cons

Working hours are effectively illegal: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, whereas the law permits 9 hours per day including a 1-hour break. Alternate Saturdays further push weekly working hours beyond legal limits, without any overtime compensation. For engineers, the work is entirely non-technical and vague—tasks that could easily be handled by someone without a degree. Since the company rarely terminates employees, it is overstaffed, resulting in multiple people handling menial tasks and a severe lack of coordination. There is virtually no technical exposure; the role largely involves routine data entry, especially within production. The company attempts to present itself as an MNC, yet at its core it operates with a traditional sethia mindset, which is clearly reflected in daily practices. The probation period is 6 months, despite labor laws mandating 3 months—another common but illegal practice.
