    on higher end of cost curve for mining companies. has been struggling since iron ore price tanked. Job security

    Creativity and multi role culture with innovation and relaxed atmosphere

    Cons

    Grew too quickly, expansion too expensive and ambitious almost killed the company

    Pros

    Being out and about in the bush. Exciting work. Great team. Great company. Good pay.

    Cons

    Industry is doing so well. There is a lot of stress regarding the future of the industry and iron ore price. Fifo work is tough.

    Entirely unrealistic demands on employees thanks to poorly considered public announcements. Overly optimistic senior management (at the time)
