Tow truck operator
Jan 14, 2016 - Anonymous Employee in San Francisco, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Full time and part-time positions available. Ability to work over-time. Good pay. Good boss.
Cons
At start you work weekends and holidays plus swing and graveyard shifts unless they need a morning shift but you'll need experience for that. Sometimes you work excessive hours due to accidents and or someone calling in sick at last minute. If your lucky and after working more than 1 year you might have a chance to change schedules but if not than most likely you'll be stuck working swing and graveyard for many years which is depressing and if you have family won't give you much time to spend with them as accidents especially mortal death accidents can delay you hours before you can clear the vehicles and remove them.

Excellent, responsible company that respects its customers and employees
Feb 20, 2015 -RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
This company provides high quality service with integrity. You can clearly see that they take care of their trucks, drivers, and customers' vehicles.
Cons
In this line of work, you need to be able to maintain flexible hours and very good customer service skills, but Atlas provides all the support a driver needs.
