    Pros

    Good products, average technology. Really good Marcom strategy and branding

    Cons

    Senior execs received comp packages more in line with a company 10x the size. Sold too late.

    Advice to Management

    None, Sold to MCHP for pennies on the dollar.

    The benefits were pretty good.

    Pay and all the management they brought in from International Rectifier except for Greg

    Pay your people better.

    Pros

    Great team of people to work with. Overtime is paid daily after 8 hours,normal shift is 12
    hours.

    Cons

    It can be difficult wearing the clean room suit for 12 hours.

    Keep up the good work

    I worked with some of the greatest people on the planet. I learned so many things about memory chips.

    Job was sent overseas.

    Pros

    Lots of webinar training. Many opportunities to learn about new product.
    Relatively easy to contact engineers in different location when you need their help

    Cons

    depends on the geographic region, it might be very hard to support customer issue as we lack testing equipment.

    Knowledgeable co-workers, good wafer fab performance

    Cons

    Corporate management (BU directors and above) repeatedly led the company into financially disastrous programs, leading to year-over-year decay in economic parameters.

    Advice to Management

    Never mind - you and your golden parachutes got tossed last year

    Good experience overall. I was exposed to a lot of systems and interfaces.
    Fast paced. Lots of tapeouts
    New challenges

    Cons

    They have lower salaries other than the rest of the market.
    Lots of travel. I had to travel all year.

    Be less aggressive in marketting
