    Pros

The people you work with are good. Good opportunity for overtime if you want it. Graduate scheme pay rises are pretty ok.

    Cons

Middle management don't understand what's happening day to day. They don't even understand the work we're doing. Experienced people keep quitting and then the higher ups make the grads underneath them pick up their work "temporarily" whilst they find a replacement. Instead they just hire more grads and keep the older grads covering the gaps. The area soon becomes full of grads with no one above them who has the technical knowledge to help if they get stuck. Management's solution to this is to tell you to learn in your own time and to stop being difficult. No appreciation for people stepping up to take on the responsibilities of people who left. A sinking ship for sure

    Advice to Management

Hire some people with experience. You can't have grads leading grads all the time. Train us on the tools you want us to use.
