The technology is remarkable. Every bit of information about a resident, staff, sales process, care process is readily accessible. Pay is fair if you advocate for it.
Cons
The company's mission is confusing. It has more than 5 different brands which range from luxury apartments to enhanced care to independent living. The regional directors continually joke that Atria is a real estate company that does a little care and unfortunately the amount of attention to sales vs care shows its priority. The amount of turnover/terminations in senior leadership and regional support is astounding and frightening.

The benefits are really good, you get to organize and do lots of activities with the residents, you get to meet some interesting people and make a positive impact on their lives. And in my experience, the higher ups are willing to listen to my ideas.
