I worked at Atteloir full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

When bringing you on board, they look to keep up with competitive salaries, decent benefits, etc. They definitely show that they want to work with you and they acknowledge your talents as an employee.

    Cons

Once you're on board, that's about the last time you'll hear from the company. Their main focus is to make sure that the client is happy - which is fine - but there's no real career growth past that. Once you're in place, you're expected to be self reliant with minimal company support.

    Advice to Management

Would definitely want to focus on internal administration and HR. The response time, even for areas of challenges, needs improvement.
