    Pros

The clients are really great. Most of them are kids between 7 and 18.
The employees are really friendly and great to work with.
    The work was interesting.

    Cons

The boss, Ali Hashemian, is unethical and unprofessional towards both clients and employees. He cares more about getting money out of clients than treating them.
I was offered one wage at hiring then paid a lower one.
    The office is poorly managed.

    Advice to Management

I left this company angry about the way both employees and clients were treated, and I know other former employees feel the same. Some have filed complaints with state agencies. Stop scamming your clients and preying on parents' desperation.

I worked at Attention & Achievement Center full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Meeting new people. The office staff folks are fun, friendly, and great. They are very hard worker, but the owner does not show any appreciation.

    Cons

The "CEO" is very unprofessional to his staff and patients. He's all about the money and doesn't care about anyone else but himself. NOT A REAL "DOCTOR"

Turnover rate staff is extremely HIGH because of the "doctor"

Do your research first on the company, the "doctor" and his education!!

    Advice to Management

The point giving advice because he believes everyone is "replaceable"

I have been working at Attention & Achievement Center full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Meeting new people and learning of neurofeedback therapy. When done in the right hands with a warm heart, for the patient and not the money, it is a good thing.

    Cons

Tremendous turnover. Completely unorganized. High stress. The business ran literally by the seat of their pants. This is by far the worst place to work. I should have done my research on the company and owner before taking such a position. Shady place that is definitely not ran as a business should be. PLEASE RESEARCH this company and PAY CLOSE attention when doing your observation.

    Advice to Management

Set up a structure, lay ground rules, treat patients and staff like people. Funny how everyone can be treated so differently based on appearance, or location one may live.

I worked at Attention & Achievement Center part-time

    Pros

Friendly staff, good training, trust in employees from management, generous holiday bonuses, flexible hours, enjoyable work.

    Cons

Some of the clients can be difficult to work with, but overall they're usually positive.

    Advice to Management

It's been a while so I don't know if I can give any advice, but maybe offer a how-the-brain-works crash course to each new tech, 1 day training.
