Very good at keeping up with health code. Allowed to choose our own hours. Management is stern but fair.

Have to deal with people. High stress environment. Too many employees are incapable of completing simple tasks.

    Advice to Management

Pay employees more. I don't know why I'm writing any of this. I don't mean any of what I've written I just want this free unlimited use even though I'm unsure how useful it has been for me considering the fact that I've only used this website on and off for the past month.

Good team (except for the manager), but this job is just good for a student.
Can meet people, but nothing else.
    $10.5 an hour

    Cons

Low salary, my previous manager was very rude. Not qualified to be manager
    Higher management no receptive.
Lot of word and bad income.
Only one week vacation a year

I worked at Au Bon Pain (More than a year)

    Pros

There is no good reason to work for them. Literally any other sandwich/salad/soup etc place is better to work at

    Cons

Just absolutely horrid conditions to work in. Require a 50 hour work week that inevitably turns into 80 hours. Assistant managers get the worst hours and then paid next to nothing. I have worked food industry my whole life and can honestly say it is the WORST place I have ever worked!
