Pros

Good Hourly Pay (this is how they attract applicants)

Cons

- No benefits - Dirty, unkept warehouse - Extremely stressful work environment - Unethical business practices - Management casually drops racist remarks "as a joke" - Management yells at and talks down to employees constantly - Baffling policies (i.e: you have to call them in advance and are locked out even if you are 1 minute late) If you have even an ounce of self-respect, do not apply here. Extremely high turnover because people are always leaving.

Not worth it

Pros

- Good pay - Employees are nice, polite, and are honest in what to expect while working there - 3 day weekends for listers

Cons

- No benefits - Stressful environment - Low moral atmosphere (everyone seems unhappy but are too afraid to say anything) - Long hours - Dirty, dusty and somewhat unsafe warehouse - Not listed in job description: warehouse duties and building things without any direction (you have to figure it out yourself while trying to be safe) - Tough management (we get yelled at a lot - but I can't add in more details because it is against ESA regulations) - No job security - Alarmingly high turnover rate
