"Great place for some, probably better to steer clear..."

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Audigy Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Salaries and benefits are solid, there are some incredible people to collaborate with, and the company provide a good platform to build your resume by assigning employees desirable titles.

    Cons

Turnover rates are almost mind-blowing, and leadership makes rash decisions in an attempt to execute company initiatives that are often poorly vetted and all to frequently reflect little more than the executive leadership team's flavor of the month.

    Advice to Management

Focus on sustainable business practices, set realistic expectations, and understand that your glory days are in the past. Regroup, re-focus and save money for the hard times that will come if you do not create a culture that encourages team members to support one another.

I have been working at Audigy Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There are some great people here. In my experience managers want people to grow in their skills.

    Cons

Pay is below industry standard. Upper management come off as full of themselves and elitist. Kind of cult like. Quasi-Christian organization aimed at making more money off of people with hearing loss.

    Advice to Management

Mr. Founder, fire that ask jeeves looking guy. His jokes are not funny and his clothing style makes him look like he is a few cards short of a full deck.

I have been working at Audigy Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Audigy has great employees and our structure is set up that we rise and fall as a team - which builds incredible relationships. I am fortunate to have been hired since my background isn't in consulting or the medical field. But what most of us have in common is a desire the help people. That is where we connect best with each other and with our members. There is always someone there to give you a high five or a...

    Cons

No matter where I work, working with people can be challenging!! We all have different ideas on how to get to the end goal - the good news is, we have the same end goal. There are lots of levers to pull to see growth, it is knowing which ones to pull when and having a different opinion can cause hurt feelings (just like anywhere). These teams seem to be a little more sensitive to feedback than other teams I've worked...

    Advice to Management

I appreciate you listening to what we have to say and allowing us to implement ideas for growth. I wish their was more drop downs in these reviews to see where the negativity is coming from, the departments I work with seem very engaged and happy.

I have been working at Audigy Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

As a 3+ year employee of Audigy Group it's interesting to read these reviews. Some are balanced and some are favorable. But the most amusing are those from former employees with an axe to grind. Frequently the disgruntled refer the the positive reviews as FAKE. That's stated so often that I now assume it's projection and it's the negative ones that are phony. Do the cranks who left truly think every employee is as miserable...

    Cons

Audigy Group isn't perfect. It often hires young people for whom it is their first or second career type position. These employees lack context and have a limited view of the employer/employee relationship. Yet, most of the opportunity is given to these same young people. They're typically the ones who are being promoted and are chosen to attend out of area events and trainings. Experience and longevity in the work force...

    Pros

You know a review is fake when the ONLY negative thing about the company is their physical location. Really, there is NOTHING the company can improve on? Here is a balanced review - The company is fun They are a demographically very young and high energy It is a pressure cooker so you learn a lot in a short period of time They will push your limits so you end up doing work that you never knew you were capable...

    Cons

They are a pressure cooker SO you end up working 70+ hours a week sometimes The titles are inflated to make people feel important The pay is HORRIBLE The owner doesn't care about the employees and sees them as tools to be used, instead of people to grow The things they do are borderline illegal if not totally illegal, seeing the results of an audit would be interesting They are an extremely emotional company so although...

    Advice to Management

Don't teach your employees to go online and make up reviews about your company. Anyone who sees the fake utopian reviews of this company is full of it. Not even Google is without some items to be improved on. It only makes the reviews slamming you that much more believable.

    Pros

I've worked for some bad companies out there. I've heard bad stories. Audigy is not one of them. Whether you've come up with the company or you've seen what it's like elsewhere, you'd understand what makes this company unique. It's one of those companies that recognizes talent and determination in individuals and gives them a chance. I'm not saying it's perfect, but I've been lucky to discover my passion and been given...

    Cons

The rumor-mill can be pretty discouraging. And there are always nay-sayers telling you what's wrong with the company. Thank you but I like to think for myself. Like everything in life, it builds character and helps you decide who to trust.

    Advice to Management

Keep hiring experienced professionals who know a good thing when they see it. Keep working toward the benefit of all of us - the bottom line and the little people. Too few of us know about the things you do to help those that really need it. We know you care more about people than cars.

I have been working at Audigy Group full-time

    Pros

Audigy is full of people who care. We care about our clients (members). We care about the patients our members see. We care about each other. We push each other and support each other so that we can grow as a team. All in all, it's a very special place to work and I personally don't understand the intense negativity expressed in other reviews.

    Cons

Your to do list will never go down to zero. Hearing care industry is very competitive so it is a challenging task to help our clients stay independent.

    Advice to Management

Keep celebrating your hard-working teams and individuals!

    I worked at Audigy Group

    Pros

Nice places for "conferences" that teach you to be a con artist.

    Cons

Where do I even begin? My experiences with this company have changed my very core beliefs - for the negative. This company made me change directions in the field of Audiology. I will never again work in private practice because I have been exposed to the gutters of our profession. Audigy unfortunately discovered that Audiology has some egos that love to be stroked. And with their "party-style" conferences, they are...

    I worked at Audigy Group

    Pros

A lot of these reviews fall in to one of two separate camps: disgruntled or damage controlling. I'll try and be as objective in my review, but I am not infallible, like everyone else. The company gives out Moda suite tickets, has a comprehensive health and benefits package, allows for 3 or so weeks of PTO. The company has loyal clients, and certainly has the ability to expand into additional industries.

    Cons

Many of the issues seem to stem around organization, respect and corporate and self identity. The company prides itself on processes, while they are meant to create consistency, they are cumbersome to maintain or update, and may actually reduce efficiency by defining projects that are confined by the endless parameters, checklists, approvals, red tape, etc. It seems that while there is a loyalty amongst the clients...
