Augusta Precious Metals is an amazing company to work for!
Mar 2, 2023 - Order Desk SpecialistRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
APM is such a great company to work for. The team is extremely professional and supportive. There are a lot of growth opportunities. Isaac, the CEO, truly cares about his team and treats everyone with the utmost respect. The company culture is top notch which keeps all of us engaged, committed and excited to work. Mostly though, I'd like to note, that everyone really cares about the customers and APM's level of service truly goes above and beyond.
Cons
There are none that I can list!

Augusta, a company with a great culture that values its employees.
Mar 2, 2023 - Onboarding Specialist in Cascade-Chipita ParkRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Augusta has the best culture of any company I have ever worked for. They give you the resources and training necessary to succeed in your position. Compensation is excellent and only gets better. This is also a work from home job that you can really make into a career, which is hard to find. This is also a company that does not use any shady sales tactics, which really makes you feel good when dealing with customers; and you truly feel like your helping people, because you are! I plan to stay with Augusta for the rest of my career.
Cons
So far I have not ran into any problems or issues. The only thing I can say here is that you need to be an organized, motivated, self-starter to work for this company. I think this is a good thing!

Pros
Great snacks and opportunity to advance. Room of go-getters
Cons
It is odd. They have a guided meditation with a hpynosis portion that says "you are growing in your role at Augusta Precious Metals" or something to that notion. felt a bit cult like and few of us participate in that

Hardworking Precious Metals Company Doing it Right
Nov 3, 2020 - Customer Success Agent in Culver City, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Augusta is an excellent place to work and get trained. They are patient and excellent teachers. There are many senior employees with long tenures with the company who offer a great deal of wisdom and encouragement. It is not “Wolf of Wall Street” you’ll be working with people who care a great deal about delivering helpful investment information to active investors.
Cons
You have to be ready to grind for your earning potential. The large dollar amounts I saw my colleagues making take time and effort to achieve. But if you’re willing to take advice and have the time to commit to this high call volume work you can make a nice living. There are a lot of people around the country who buy gold and silver!

Great Company, Great Culture, Room to Grow
Feb 8, 2021 - Customer Success Agent in Culver City, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Competitive Pay Structure, Open Minded Leadership, Great Communication, Team Unity, Room for Growth, Out of the Box Thinking, Great CEO and Leadership Team.
Cons
This job is geared towards people who are motivated, people who want to stay average or middle of the road may not succeed.
I really appreciate your perspective on this. It's true that this company is geared toward mega-excellence in our customer service -- no matter how hard we have to work to get there. Little things we do each day really make a difference for those who trust us to help them. We are also dedicated to excellence for our employees, and always interested in new ideas to make this an awesome place to work (so don't be shy about sharing). Sincerely, Isaac Nuriani, CEO

CEO
Lol! We KNOW how important those food perks are. :) But we do take our responsibility to employees seriously, from encouragement and opportunities to grow to learning about you as a person. We consider all of you to be "part of the family" and look forward to many awesome years of serving our customers together. Sincerely, Isaac Nuriani, CEO

extremely high turnover rate
Nov 12, 2020 - Sales Associate in Los Angeles, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
free lunch on Wednesdays so thats nice...
Cons
you will have to read the script with no wiggle room whatsoever. It is not a place that fosters potential or wants you to succeed as an individual in sales. It is a revolving sales door job and youre extremely expendable

If you're genuinely seeking a valuable professional opportunity, your search has ended
Mar 16, 2018 - Marketing in Beverly Hills, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Let me start with this: If it’s up to me, I won’t ever be looking for another job. The business culture is classic top-down, and while that can be a problem in many places where the perspective of management is narrow and inflexible, it works perfectly here; at Augusta, the CEO is youthful, a visionary, and loaded with energy. Make no mistake - they expect a lot here in terms of hard work and dedication, but if you're ready to deliver, the rewards are tremendous. Additionally, one of the most impressive features of Augusta is the degree to which the company values employee input. Whether on a matter of sales strategy, internal work environment, or anything else...not only are comments welcome from all, they are encouraged. Very refreshing! If you’re one of those people who gripes, “All I want is a chance to prove myself at a place that will appreciate and reward my hard work and loyalty," you’ve found it at Augusta Precious Metals.
Cons
As far as I'm concerned, there are no cons.
