    I have been working at Aujan Industries full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Some great people both in operational and executive roles. CFO Dave Anderson is a terrific leader with strong ethical values.

    Cons

    Serious bullying from some middle management and the most appaling work life balance I have ever seen

    Advice to Management

    Stop exhausting your staff and protect them from the blame culture. If you burn everyone out they will not perform well and will eventually leave. People are your most precious asset.

    commission based and good in giving commission

    management not good, they do not know how to handle the problems of their men.

    be good to your men, so that they will work as a team

    Decisions are fast to cope with competitive growth and ideas get heard and moulded to actionable solutions with a freedom to explore new opportunities and become part of exciting projects

    Often long hours are required to perform at the desired level and an ability to cope with cultural diversity on the ground level.
