    Pros

    Employee empowerment with good recognition in various committees like recreation and sports . Employee friendly policies and training at various levels. Job security with an open culture

    Coordination and direction in few areas

    I have been working at Auma India full-time

    Pros

    No deadlines
    No stress
    No project monitoring
    Not systematic approach of work
    Best for those who wants an idle life
    No new product development
    No need to take responsibility for ones action as no one will ask
    Come-do ur daily routine-go
    Best for those who want to work there all their life stress less and not for those who has a aim and passionate about Engineering
    Auma German products are the best in actuators but the opposite of that is Auma India
    Good assembly production department with so much of improvement in process
    Company May improve in short span if the parents company involve in changing the top management of AUMA India

    Cons

    They are still 30yrs back in technology
    No systematic approach
    There is no technical job nor challenging job
    You get an unworthy experience with that you can't get a job from other firm
    Inter departmental politics beyond the limit
    Sour relationship between the parents company in Germany and India So no multi disciple team work
    Very Huge inventory and no one to take care of it
    Poor quality so it's cheaper in price
    No quick response to quality issue some issues will b there for years
    Only Very few Engineers
    Get only Futile experience from there
    Poor management skill
    Not a best experience for freshers
    No training or development activities
    Price is the only concern and not the quality
    Dependant completely on paper works/manual work in this century when even all the small scale companies moved to SAP/EP
    Having a world class machine run by a untrained employees which produces a low class product with numerous rejection
    Cost of poor quality will be in lakhs per month
    Food quality provided for lunch is worse
    As usual worst HR team
    One can guess the level of the company after finishing the induction program

    Advice to Management

    If the above issues are sorted out then the company can expect a long term growth

    personal biases, salaries could be even more better as we are continously making profits.
