Unlimited PTO and 80 hours of sick time Flexible schedule throughout the day and not chained to the desk
Cons
The leads aren’t great. Nurses don’t want to work right now because the rates are so low. Numbers driven position so if you can hit goal you’re going to be out of luck. A lot of moving parts for a recruiter that other departments should be handling

I have loved being a travel tech and getting to see new parts of the U.S. The process to get hired was really easy! Constant communication with my recruiter. I got to choose where I wanted to travel too and what shifts I would like to work. I had a lot of flexibility and I could always take off as much time as I needed in between contracts!
Cons
Being away from home. Learning new protocols and machines(which can also be a pro).
