    Pros

Growing quickly, overtime offered frequently, good people to work with, prefer internal promotions

    Cons

Not hiring quick enough for current growth resulting in high expectations to get more done in same amount of time

    Advice to Management

Remember to give credit where it's due. Support the people supporting you. Thank you goes a long way.

I have been working at Aurico Reports full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

overtime, co-workers are really great, good schedule, great cafe

    Cons

very low pay for amount of work, HUGE backlog of work, training is very short and although the trainer realizes you are new, the supervisors and leads still expect you to jump in and work alone the first days on the floor.

    Advice to Management

pick you team leads wisely, be consistent and PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES more!!!

I have been working at Aurico Reports full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Monday - Friday job, Nice co-workers.

    Cons

Instead of retraining or further training or even seeing if maybe there might be a better fit in another department, they fire you. Every time I see one of my coworkers get escorted out, I fear for my job. They can't even pack up their own desks, someone else does that.

Also careerbuilder now owns us, this is no longer the Aurico I started working with, Things are charging too fast and too much and although it looks all pretty, it's all a misdirect while they completely remove all traces of Aurico. Even our name, which wasn't supposed to change, to keep us a a separate from careerbuilder, is changing.

    Advice to Management

Try giving additional training if you don't think someone is getting it or maybe see if another department is a better fit before chucking someone out the door. You spent time and money training us, help us to succeed for you

I have been working at Aurico Reports full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Clean place to start off where you will gain experience and an insight of background checks

    Cons

Low pay (14 hr). Favoritism, will not hesitate to fire people during training, overwhelming workload. Again, OVERWHELMING WORKLOAD. If you currently have a job, do not give it up to work here. People don't stay here long.

    Advice to Management

Pay associates properly and ease up on workload. Stop firing people during training. Stop looking for experienced associates to fire after they're burned out. Eventually the clients will learn of the work practices here. They will fear a possible lawsuit from an applicant. Hope the CEO takes responsibility and action.

I worked at Aurico Reports full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great work hours. Close to home.

    Cons

No interaction with co-workers. Everyone seemed miserable including management. No opportunity to learn new things, did the same reports every day for over a year until resigned. No communication between management and staff. Horrible pay for workload.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on building employees instead of fancy coffee machines and pool tables. Hearing how much the company is growing but the paychecks are not is very discouraging.

    Pros

Off on weekends, benefits start on first day.

    Cons

Training needs to be updated and more professional. There is no one who really wants to help you succeed unless you are a favorite (which those are picked right off the bat....the more butt u kiss...well u get the picture) most of the staff has less than 1 year of employment, yet they have become mentors ( who again, don't want to help, just a title with NO extra pay) oh and by the way, the work load is very overwhelming and not enough compensation. Everyone at this company at this company is out for self. No room for advancement.

    Advice to Management

Revamp the training program as it lacks good teaching and professionalism.

    Pros

Other low level employees and peers are eager to please and help as much as they can. Starting pay is decent for a college student.

    Cons

if you drink the cool-aid and see the company "vision" thats great, but it won't last. Management plays favorites really fast, and leaves other honest hard workers in the dust. If you work there, ask others how long they've been employed there...only a handful have been employed for a long time (and may even be related to upper management). Owner is cheap and so is the building it is run out of. Try ADP a few miles down the road for a better long term career move.

    Advice to Management

Any advice I give won't even be considered. Many have tried, but they are no longer there as well.

I have been working at Aurico Reports full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone is super friendly, great place to get your feet wet in a very fast paced environment. Good location, close to interstate.

    Cons

Compensation is very low for the work load they expect you to get accomplished. Training is a bit confusing at times, not consistent between managers and what is going on within the system.

    Advice to Management

They want valuable, educated individuals to stay around, but they aren't willing to pay the price. I suggest increasing the starting wage or at least once training has been completed. I enjoy the work I do but when looking at a livable wage in the area, $14 just won't cut it, especially individuals that have secondary education and go that extra mile.

    Pros

Time flys by, you are constantly working. Get your own work station. Great first job experience. Learn a lot about background screaming process.

    Cons

Coordination of supervisors is poor. You often feel overwhelmed and are never appreciated for what you do. You need to learn the task quick and if you ask too many questions you will not be liked. What you learn In training throw that out the window and just learn to complete task according to your supervisors expectations.

    Advice to Management

    Coordinate better.

I have been working at Aurico Reports full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great coworkers. Company promotes internally. Good experience for an entry level position. Company is growing rapidly. Management treats employees well.

    Cons

The work can be monotonous at times but that is the nature of the job. Ultimately the compensation is too low to have a career at the company. The best workers don't get the compensation that would be needed to retain them for much longer than a few years.

    Advice to Management

The starting pay is fine, but after an employee proves to be a top contributor they need to be compensated accordingly. The minimal annual raises are not enough to keep a great employee satisfied when starting at such a low base pay. Eventually they will leave for a better opportunity. With the way the company is growing it will be necessary to retain the top performers so that they can grow into leadership positions.
