I have been working at Aurionpro Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Opportunity to learn new products and technologies.

    Cons

Sometimes we get stuck doing the same thing over and over.
Offshore and Onshore dynamics are very challenging sometimes.

    Advice to Management

I don't see or hear from management. Not sure if this is a plus or a minus. They do get engaged usually, when requested. Seems most are too busy to be effective managers of people.

I worked at Aurionpro Solutions (Less than a year)

    Pros

Experience in Oracle Identity and Access Management. Good HR

    Cons

I usually try to look at the bright side of anything and refrain from giving bad reviews unless I feel it is important to express my views hoping some level of positive outcome from within or outside the Firm. This company lacks clear vision. Strategy is purely based on revenue which seems like they would take any desperate direction to keep lights open and meet shallow financial goals. Lack of leadership is very apparent. Many employees express frustration, hopelessness, low morale for any positive org changes etc. Non - technical mid to senior level employees have to learn to survive the politics , some compromised behaviors, blame game etc. Company is mainly controlled by two or three people.

    Advice to Management

Advice to HR- Please introspect a bit before making glorifying statements during on-boarding process. It is time to reflect and be a bit realistic. It may be all that awesome for HR remotely located who has no idea on what is going on at the ground level.

    Pros

    1) Extremely supportive leadership.
    2) Great onsite opportunities
    3) Great growth prospects.

    Cons

    1) Appraisals are not transparent

    Advice to Management

    1) Honest feedback should be given to non performing employees and managers.
    2) Performance appraisals should be more transparent.
    3) Promises made to employees should be kept. Sometimes when it comes down to ethics vs policy, employees should be given the benefit wherever applicable.
    4) Project managers should have certain minimum qualifications or should undergo the necessary training and development requirements.
    5) The same should be applicable for employees required to perform at certain leadership levels.
