    People Treating Employee as a slaver especially my un ethical BOSS C S Balaji, based at Brazil, he him self feel like Aurobindo CEO/COO/MD which he carry same attitude like MD RamPrasad REDDY. Worst attitude

    They never look what employee does in past, how he done best to company..nothing is accounted

    As per job you can easily get in.

    HR Polices implemented and Preferences only to specific department not but to all departments. and also holidays are not given very less. work culture is not good always output required without providing any requirements.

    - From what I've seen, opportunity is given to people with few experience, so they can learn and grow
