I have been working at Aurum Holdings full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

A great culture - everyone is really friendly and happy to help
Really do live by the company values (it isn't just for show)
    You do have a voice
    Great opportunities to get involved
Exciting times with international expansion on the horizon, acquisition of a variety of companies over the last 12 / 18 months

    Cons

Offices are pretty out dated / looking very tired and don't have the mod cons or facilities of a lot of companies now a days

    Advice to Management

The general feeling is very positive, keep listening to the staff.
You have the majority of things right, if there is anything, the physical work environment/building just needs improving
