I have been employed with Austin Capital for over 12 years. Management has allowed me to grow by providing continuing education with a clear guide for future advancement. I would recommend Austin Capital to anyone looking for a career and not merely a job!

Possible con would be that the office location could be a long commute for some.

Where to begin? Management is trying to take an advantage of employees, there is no care or mind set for their employee at all and the business model they run is very shady...SEC needs to investigate or Labor department needs to come

If you have a brain, run away fast. Horrible place, no voice, behind the scenes games are being played.

Where to begin...you are watched like a hawk and told you work in a fishbowl...so there's "no hiding"...first red flag. Totally paperless environment where there are nothing but glitches and tech issues all day...fun! Employees are encouraged NOT to take breaks and the training consists of "here, do it"...they won't last long. People with big fish in a little pond mentality.

Started as HR Generalist and have worked up to current VP Position. The company has many affiliations that allows me to learn new businesses daily. The company vision allows those dedicated to success the opportunity for growth.

No training, management is lacking, CEO loves to scream at employees, you have to pay for parking, horrible benefits.

I guess you get paid a minimal sum to work.

These guys take stock loans out on clients stock, then tell client they cannot sell their stock.
