RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Austin Fraser full-time for less than a year
Pros
AF/AV has been a wonderful place to work. It is a family oriented environment and in a short time, I can already see how much people actually care about one another. I highly recommend AF/AV as a recruiting partner.
Cons
No major cons that I have found so far. It is a newer company to the US so there is some growth in that regard but they are doing a fantastic job for how new it is

Pros
When the going gets tough, the tough get going, right? Well I'm really proud of all the decisions the Senior Leadership team has made during this unprecedented time. They have championed their people, improved employer branding, and maintained an excellent service level to our clients.
Cons
We had to furlough a few people and eliminate a very limited amount of positions which is never fun, however it was the right call at the time.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Austin Fraser full-time for less than a year
Pros
Incredible office space, views of downtown Austin are hard to beat, incentives are great, international travel and PTO is top notch.
Cons
The work. If you don’t enjoy the agency life and the grind of being part of a third party company- it will be a very depressing experience.

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Austin Fraser full-time for less than a year
Pros
Opportunity, growth, energetic, quality, competitive
Cons
Commission structure needs to be updated on the contracts side of things to be more competitive with other agencies. Contracts team is still being treated too similar to the perm teams in the office. Commission and payment plans need to be on a weekly basis rather than bi-monthly. Small team with potential for growth but definitely not structured yet.
