    I have been working at Austin Industries full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Small crews, very informational, very positive.

    Cons

    Seperation between co workers, not everyone is helpful, some are very rude.

    Advice to Management

    Work on treating all equal.

    Tight knit coworkers. Mostly helpful coworkers. Lots of overtime.

    Cons

    Pay could be higher. Lots of overtime if you are one of the chosen ones.

    Treat employees like human beings, and not just another hand on the job that profits the company. Good pay as well as excellent upper management.
