    great co workers, great corporate resources

    often reactive and disorganized

    Advice to Management

    Make sure as the company grows, the branches are being brought along. Make key branch players feel more involved with future of the company

    I worked at Austin Outdoor full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Treats customers well as long as they are committed to the company. Willing to invest in infrastructure (equipment, chemical, quality product).

    Cons

    Customer retention is non existent. Due to the continual hustle, there is no work life balance. Absent upper management and local management.

    Advice to Management

    Value your valuable employees. We and customer are more then a number.

    Great co-workers at branch level

    Cons

    Unrealistic expectations at the top drive high stress throughout the company. Low pay. No real work/life balance

    Advice to Management

    Provide a better atmosphere, treat people like they are more than just cogs in your machine.
