    I like working for Austin Peay State University. I get to observe,evaluate, and assist student teachers in their Clinical Teaching placements.

    Cons

    The salary could be better.

    Advice to Management

    It would be wonderful if more funds could be budgeted to accommodate university supervisors.

    You make good personal and professional relationships, supervisors are great with working around your class schedule, and positions usually pay more than minimum wage.

    Limited to 20 hours per week

    Pros

    Small university, accepts any students with low GPA students will get A's with minimum work.

    Cons

    Not accredited college or degrees offer classes untranslatable low quality faculty deans and chairs are graduates from community colleges
    All local from the same school

    Advice to Management

    Tell the truth to student lost Accreditation in most of their programs. They make up bogus degrees paid by the army or benefits

    Working with the students was enjoyable.

    Toxic environment in many departments,
     top leadership fails to address the dysfunction,
    cronyism,
     innovation not respected,
    poor working conditions,
    Low pay.

    Advice to Management

    Make a real effort to deal with toxic departments. It will impact student education quality.
