I have been working at Austin Regional Clinic part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It is one of the most positive work environments I have ever worked in. The attitude this company has about our patients, makes it a joy to work here.

    Cons

Just as in any job there are customers/patients, that are difficult to deal with and or serve/treat , ARC is the same.

    Advice to Management

Always be honest and up front.

I have been working at Austin Regional Clinic full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

More flexible, schedule-wise, than other places. Benefits reasonable, Christmas bonuses. Despite the company's ballooning size, an attempt is still made to appreciate employees. Doctors tend to be very nice, dedicated to company and patients.

    Cons

Pay is lower than comparable organizations, truly valuable employees tend to leave. Advancement is slow and there are only so many pathways to do so.

    Advice to Management

Make pay more competitive. Streamline workflows.
