Pros
Good benefits they also give you 2 options of medical insurance either their insurance mediview no copays at any ARC clinics or UMR (United healthcare) dental is Humana Everyone is required to work 1 holiday Holiday hours are 10am-2pm so not a big deal and they provide lunch for you if you work on a holiday. Friendly work environment Every year a COLA raise is given Higher ups are very envolved with each clinic location and as soon an issue is spotted it is taken care of immediately
Cons
If you work till close which most locations close at 5 you are required to not leave your work area until the last patient has left the building. At least in my location parking was a big problem at times would cause late clock ins Not many security cameras in the building

Fantastic leadership at many of the locations. Very good benefits. Opportunities to learn a wide range of skills. Low employee turnover
Cons
Very few chances for advancement. Depends on what clinic you are at but most supervisors have been with the company for 10 plus years. Which is a plus once you are there however it means working in a significantly under paid job for 10 years in order to get to a supervisor position. I work in the billing office and the average cost of living raise was about .40 cents per hour.
