    Cons

. No individual career growth and sustained at low rate.
    . No learning curve.
    . Routine type of work.
    . Lots of politics.
    . No voice for employee.
. Misuse of policies and lack of voice.
. Line Managers are more powerful than HR's.

    Advice to Management

. Please try to encourage employees who are really working at the ground and they are the actual pillars who continuously work hard. Mangers are equally important not less than the employees. Employees career are more ruined by managers who actually plays a crucial role in the company ie more powerful than HR's.

    Pros

Very nice people who have been there for long time!
Humanitarian and collaborative who have very very good experience and know what they are doing.

    Cons

They prefer to hire internally (mostly Aussies) they seem to have problems hiring Americans.
They rarely hire temps . They only hire a temp after 10 years of service!!!! If you are lucky to have a great manager you may stay longer.
So far, I only know two great managers from this organization.

    Advice to Management

Very few good leaders, most of them are very bad
