    I worked at Australia and New Zealand Banking full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Working at ANZ i was able to gain so much experience in banking skills and help build my customer service skills.

    Cons

    ANZ is currently the only bank in American Samoa, so everyday was a busy and hectic day and we could not take our lunch because we were always short staff.

    Advice to Management

    Manage each employees time and create a flexible schedule so that they do not over work their employees.
