    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

you will have a few meeting a years with you manager ( if you care about that )
    monthly activities (mostly restaurants)
they will pay for Training with out much of a problem
They are probably one of the best SSII but still a SSII, the difference between them and working directly for Amadeus is huge
I do recommend Ausy as long as you understand what they are, you will work for the client and not for Ausy. do not stay more than two years though

    Cons

    Annual Pay raise,
Salaries are normally under the average.
Mobility, very difficult to change missions ( but not impossible)
meeting, documents, and Ausy specific training are done on you free time
the only way to get something ( rise, change project et is to threat then with quiting

    Advice to Management

give a decent Annual Pay raise,
change your consultant from mission at least once every two years
better communication does no t mean ask then to complete document

I have been working at Ausy full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Can learn Bad Politics if interested.
Both Metro and Bus transport are available to reach office ( Parking is not available within office for all the employee's)

    Cons

    Very Bad professionalism
    No Projects
    No Ethics
    No Good Technical Resources around
    No Potential Clients

Office is open and running only because Managing Director is good with France team and making money in Bad ways. India Ausy Organization is personally used in all the ways possible and entire family and friends of him are getting benefited.

Showcasing a White-Collar job, truth is its worst than the maximum one can imagine.

Questioning against these mean activities lead to suspension of potential employee from other geographical part of India.

    Advice to Management

Change the Management immediately in India , Bangalore office.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Company is very worst. The managers are even more worst. No work for Managers Except gossiping on others when they go for tea break.

    Cons

    poor management.
Not allowed to speak with other genders in office not even the same gender atleast in break time.
heavy work no man power. so the complete project one man has to take care, either development or testing or validation.
